Bonus: 2000$
Candidate’s Salary:
3000$ – 9999$

We'll reach out to the referred candidate and guide them through our recruitment process.
Reward
With every successfully placed direct hire referral, you become eligible to earn a bonus once the candidate completes X days of employment.

Our referral program welcomes participation from both Gitmax employees and individuals external to the organization.
We'll keep you updated! You'll receive an initial confirmation that we're reviewing your referral. If your referral gets hired, we'll also send you a confirmation and let you know about your reward.
You can expect your referral reward within 30 days of your referral's official start date.
The more the better! There's no cap on the number of referrals you can submit. We encourage you to share your positive GitMax experience with anyone you think would be a great fit for our team.
You can earn rewards for referring candidates to any open position listed on our careers page. Additionally, if you refer a qualified professional for a consulting, finance, tech, or sales role, even if it's not currently advertised, you may still be eligible for a reward!
