Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
- Manage the growth backlog and run experiments across the marketing funnel.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion rate strategies.
- Expand reach in key paid channels (Google Ads, Bing) while improving ROI.
- Performance Marketing Campaigns:
- Oversee performance marketing strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Lead creative briefing, testing roadmaps, and budget allocation.
- Tailor campaigns for specific local markets.
- Analytics and Optimization:
- Own the growth tracker, implementing rigorous data analysis (GA4, Appsflyer, Amplitude).
- Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- Proven success in scaling subscription-based mobile apps in weight loss or health.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads with positive ROMI in the US market.
- Experience leading growth teams (Product Marketing Manager, Creative Producer, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of Product Market Fit strategies, scaling buying volume, and funnel optimization.
