System Analyst for our hiring partner – one of the world’s most popular online media companies. The company produces entertaining, positive and original content — including videos, articles, animation, and music — for more than 2 billion followers on social media channels. The team is 2,000+ creative minds working remotely from 70 countries.
Location: Fully remote, CET time zone.
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in system analysis with complex IT projects;
- Understanding the general principles of product development, the work of developers, and the ability to speak the same language with them;
- Desire and ability to quickly delve into new subject areas as new tasks appear;
- Clarity and systematic thinking and speech. Ability to understand the problem, clearly describe it and ways to solve it;
- Ability to write formal documents (TR);
- Ability to communicate in English effectively.
Responsibilities: - Interact with departments that create and promote the content and identify their pain points;
- Clarify customer business goals and business processes to explain in detail to developers and provide them with decomposed tasks with precise requirements;
- Participate in system design: develop descriptions of business processes, interaction diagrams, data flows, etc. (BPMN, UML, DFD);Participate in assessing the value and prioritization of changes;
- Prepare requirements in documents (terms of reference, etc.);
- Manage the development process and ensure that projects are completed within deadlines;
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
