to join its growing Cyprus-based HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to take ownership of hiring across operational functions in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment within the financial services sector.As the Senior Recruiter, you will drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, build candidate pipelines, and work closely with stakeholders to secure top talent that aligns with the business goals. You will also contribute to process improvements and mentor junior recruiters as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational roles in Cyprus
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
- Source active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and support the interview panel process
- Provide expert market insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance recruitment outcomes
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices across the recruitment team
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on financial services or regulated sectors
- In-depth understanding of the Cyprus labor market and local hiring practices
- Proven success in sourcing and attracting operational profiles (e.g., customer service, finance, legal, compliance, marketing)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
