Sales Development Representative to join the client sales team and help the company to grow it’s client base.
Our client helps businesses supercharge their customer onboarding journey with an automated AI and machine-learning powered identity verification and e-KYC. With a focus on the emerging markets of MENA, Africa & SEA, the team are properly equipped in dealing with the unique challenges that come with working in those areas.
Responsibilities:- Understand IDWise’s unique offering & become an expert in the ID&V/e-kyc space.
- Proactive research and Identification of potential customers within targeted market.
- Proactively contact identified customer through outbound calls &emails.
- Book demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain highly consultative approach via phone & email throughout every stage of the sales cycle.
- Manage, track, and report all activities
- Constantly maintain the CRM records and make sure each deal is up to date.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR with a successful track record in outbound business development.
- Track record to be proven by number of sales leads generated, number of leads converted.
- Target focused & results oriented.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking with C-level executives.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Previous remote sales experience is a bonus.
