Why this Role Matters
As a Platform Engineer, you’ll be a key member of the PaaS team, building and maintaining core infrastructure services that power mission-critical trading systems. Your focus will be to enhance orchestration, monitoring, logging, and platform services, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability for millions of users globally.
This role is based in Cyprus with full relocation support for you and your family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance and maintain orchestration using Kubernetes (on-premise and cloud).
  • Contribute to the development of Kubernetes-as-a-Service solutions across multiple regions.
  • Manage and maintain Kubernetes-related services such as ArgoCD, Istio, and Calico.
  • Support platform services and applications (e.g., Redis, Keycloak).
  • Implement best practices for infrastructure monitoring, logging, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, etc.).
  • Ensure security and compliance across on-premise and cloud-based environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform solutions.

Who We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years as a Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role.
  • Proven experience in high-scale production environments (fintech/trading/regulated industries is a plus).
  • Strong expertise with self-hosted Kubernetes (Cluster API experience is an advantage).
  • Hands-on with Helm/Helmfile, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Linux administration (Alma Linux/RedHat-based distros preferred).
  • Experience configuring networks in Kubernetes (Calico or Cilium).
  • Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible (Terragrunt is a plus).
  • Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager).
  • Familiarity with security best practices for both on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Certifications such as CKA/CKAD are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in high-ambiguity setups.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
