The Advanced Clearing and Prime Services division is seeking a motivated and professional Liaison to manage and strengthen relationships with broker-dealer clients, support onboarding, and ensure smooth operational processes.
Role SummaryThis Liaison will serve as a trusted point of contact between the firm and its broker-dealer clients, supporting day-to-day needs and ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and compliant service. You will be responsible for client onboarding, training, internal coordination, and communication — with a strong emphasis on professionalism, detail, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned broker-dealer clients
- Coordinate the onboarding of new clients/accounts, ensuring complete documentation and system configuration
- Guide clients through compliance, login credentials, and platform access
- Deliver onboarding training and ongoing platform support
- Act as a communication hub—draft memos, letters, and internal reports to clarify processes and updates
- Resolve client issues, escalating complex matters and providing proactive solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, trading, compliance, and technology
- Ensure client data confidentiality and regulatory compliance
- Maintain process documentation and contribute to workflow improvements
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a brokerage, trading desk, or financial services support role
- Series 7 license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with FIX protocol is a plus
