This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with experience in corporate, HR, marketing, and real estate transactions to support a dynamic, cross-functional team in a fast-paced and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal support across various areas of the business in collaboration with senior legal staff and the Head of Legal
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts, including agreements with external service providers
- Offer legal counsel to internal departments such as HR, Marketing, Property Management, and Business Development
- Support legal and corporate affairs related to EU-based subsidiaries and tied agents
- Maintain and improve internal legal documentation, contract templates, and company policies
- Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and concise contract summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all business practices remain legally sound
- Monitor and interpret legal, regulatory, and industry developments relevant to company operations
- Handle additional legal assignments in response to evolving business needs
Requirements:- 2+ years of legal experience, ideally in-house at a CIF, fintech company, or a law firm serving financial/tech clients
- Law degree from a recognized institution; LLM or international legal education is a plus
- Strong practical experience drafting and managing contracts governed by English law
- Proficiency in drafting legal documentation in both English and Russian
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities
