We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our hiring partner`s team.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of project management experience in the IT field, with a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Proven experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing project tasks according to the defined project plan.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Provide regular project status updates and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify resource constraints and work with stakeholders to address resource gaps.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget while minimizing impact on project objectives.
  • Communicate changes to stakeholders and ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
