About the RoleAn international investment company with a rapidly expanding presence across Europe is seeking a Head of Sales and Personal Support to lead its client acquisition and relationship management functions.
This leadership role is based in Limassol, Cyprus, where the company’s European headquarters is located and key strategic decisions are made. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing client engagement, and managing a team that delivers top-tier investment services across European markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Sales and Personal Support Department, setting performance goals and ensuring achievement of KPIs.
- Represent the company’s full investment product portfolio to clients (stocks, bonds, ETFs, funds, derivatives, etc.).
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of high-value clients (Retail / HNW / Corporate).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring superior service and retention.
- Drive client acquisition strategies, including outbound prospecting and relationship-based sales.
- Oversee the sales funnel, client journey, and customer success initiatives across multiple markets.
- Conduct business meetings and presentations to promote investment products and opportunities.
- Provide strategic input to optimize sales operations, analytics, and departmental structure.
- Ensure compliance with MiFID II, CySEC, FCA, and other relevant financial regulations.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in financial or investment product sales (brokerage, trading, private banking, or wealth management).
- 3+ years of team management experience in a sales or client service function.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and retention KPIs.
- Deep understanding of European financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in investment products and client risk profiling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in international and multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional European language is an asset.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CySEC Advanced / Basic, FCA, ESMA) will be considered a strong advantage.
