Cyprus | Full-time | RemoteOur hiring partner, a fast-growing global fintech company, is looking for a results-oriented Head of Back Office Operations to oversee and optimize critical back-office workflows. This is a high-impact leadership position that plays a pivotal role in managing end-to-end operational processes including settlements, invoicing, payments, onboarding/offboarding, and regulatory reporting across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and optimize all invoicing, payment settlements, deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and client reporting activities.
- Oversee seamless client onboarding and offboarding processes aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
- Develop and enforce robust internal control mechanisms to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial and client data.
- Design and implement scalable operational processes, systems, and workflows that support business growth and automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Customer Support, and Technology teams to resolve issues and improve operational alignment.
- Supervise the preparation and delivery of client statements, reports, and documentation with precision and timeliness.
- Conduct ongoing audits and process reviews to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
Candidate Profile- Experience: 7+ years in financial services, fintech, brokerage, or payment companies with a strong focus on back-office operations.
- Expertise: Proven track record in settlements, invoicing, payment operations, onboarding, and internal data management.
- Leadership: Experience managing international operational teams and implementing process automation or lean methodologies.
