We are on the lookout for a dedicated and proficient Growth Manager for our hiring partner – a cutting-edge mobile app that leverages AI to provide users with an effortless calorie tracking experience. The mission is to make health management simple, accessible, and effective for everyone.
As a Growth Manager, you will be the driving force behind initial market expansion in the USA. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and market strategy will be crucial in launching and optimizing our marketing efforts. You will oversee our growth initiatives from the ground up, ensuring effective paid ad campaigns, rigorous A/B testing, and strategic market launches. Your role will be pivotal in transforming our growth vision into reality through data-driven decision-making and continuous innovation.

Location: Fully remote, CET time zone.

Requirements:
  • Proven Experience:
  • Strong background in growth and digital marketing, with a focus on launching and optimizing paid advertising campaigns from scratch (Google Ads, Bing).
  • Experience in A/B testing and iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Previous experience with subscription-based apps and understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience in launching and growing local markets, adapting strategies to fit local contexts.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Professional-level proficiency with GA4, Appsflyer, and mobile attribution tools.
  • Familiarity with Amplitude is a plus.
  • Analytical and Creative Skills:
  • Deeply analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive growth.
  • Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mentality and an agile approach to marketing strategy and execution.
  • Project Management:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional projects, with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to manage significant advertising budgets and optimize spend for maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
  • Create and manage our Growth Backlog, systematically generating and executing tests across the marketing funnel. This includes optimizing landing pages, testing ad creatives, and validating new initiatives.
  • Expand our reach in key paid channels (Google Ads, Bing), and drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across the entire funnel to maximize ROI.

Performance Marketing Campaigns:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Oversee creative briefing, testing roadmap, and budget allocations for these campaigns.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns in local markets, tailoring strategies to local preferences and behaviors.

Analytics and Optimization:
  • Own and develop our Growth Tracker, implementing rigorous data analysis leveraging multiple sources (GA4, Appsflyer, Amplitude) to measure campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making within the marketing team.
