About the Role:
A fast-growing international investment company is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join its vibrant team. If you’re service-oriented, detail-driven, and excited about the finance and investment world — this opportunity is for you.

As a Customer Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries related to trading accounts, platform navigation, and general support. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for each client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and trading platform use
  • Guide new clients through onboarding, KYC, and account verification
  • Log and track customer interactions in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to relevant departments
  • Support internal teams by sharing customer feedback and insights
  • Help identify potential security issues or fraudulent activity
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support services

Your Profile
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of customer support experience, ideally in financial services or brokerage
  • Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
