We are partnering with a globally-minded company seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. This is an ideal role for a driven HR professional with experience in compensation and benefits who thrives in an agile, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage the C&B program aligned with company strategy, ensuring fairness and competitiveness across diverse locations, including remote roles.
  • Develop benefits packages in compliance with local legal requirements and in line with employees' values.
  • Define and maintain competitive salary structures and calculate piece-work rates, bonuses, and KPIs tailored to different teams and locations.
  • Build data-driven strategies to optimize compensation and benefits programs, using metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Research and implement bonus schemes from scratch, customizing them to support team-specific objectives.
  • Participate in market surveys to keep abreast of competitive pay rates and benefits trends.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating with employees, managers, and stakeholders on compensation policies and practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven ability to design and manage these programs.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance across various locations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Russian language is a plus.
