Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Attract new clients and build lasting relationships with existing ones to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Client Onboarding and Presentations: Conduct presentations on investment products and services, delivering clear and professional information to clients.
- Client Support and Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries and issues promptly, providing tailored solutions to meet individual needs.
- Ongoing Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to build trust and inform them about new market opportunities and strategic updates.
- Customized Investment Strategies: Develop and implement personalized strategies for key clients based on their goals and preferences.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, assist with transaction processing, and ensure efficient communication between clients and internal departments.
- Networking and Brand Representation: Participate in industry conferences and professional communities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and analytics departments to ensure a high standard of customer service.

Key Competencies & Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or client relationship management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
