Key Responsibilities
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction and business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
  • Attract new clients and nurture existing relationships by understanding their investment goals.
  • Deliver engaging company presentations and introduce clients to available investment products.
  • Client Support & Strategy Development:
  • Act as the primary point of contact, resolving client queries with a personalized approach.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to inform them of market opportunities and tailor investment strategies to their unique goals.
Networking & Engagement:
  • Represent the company at specialized conferences and events to build industry presence.
  • Identify and collaborate with influential stakeholders and influencers in the region.
Collaboration & Insights:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and analytics, to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Analyze client feedback to adapt strategies and improve client satisfaction.
Administration & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate client records, assist with transaction processing, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare reports on client engagement and strategy performance, contributing to a deeper understanding of the company’s target market.

Your Profile
  • We’re seeking a motivated professional with:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development, preferably in the finance/ Investment/ Insurance field.
Skills:
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset to understand client needs and market trends.
  • Languages: Fluency in Polish and English (essential).
