About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and international team. This organization consists of over 80 highly skilled professionals dedicated to protecting and multiplying achievements, finding optimal solutions for business challenges, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The team comprises experts in legal, payment, investment, trust, corporate and fiduciary management, business structuring, and financial advisory services. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in promoting and selling a range of corporate, financial, and payment products and services to potential clients. If you are passionate about sales, excel in communication, and have a strong grasp of the industry, this role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s ASP and PI product and service offerings.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
  • Perform thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives and recommend tailored financial solutions.
  • Present the features and benefits of financial products, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position products effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including business unit directors and marketing, to refine offerings based on client feedback.
  • Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Develop and execute plans to establish partnerships with agents and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales progress and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Attend industry conferences to network and stay informed of market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales roles, ideally in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of AML requirements for client onboarding.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Proactive and professional approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Working proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Established network within relevant industries is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with exceptional business acumen.
