The team comprises experts in legal, payment, investment, trust, corporate and fiduciary management, business structuring, and financial advisory services. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in promoting and selling a range of corporate, financial, and payment products and services to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s ASP and PI product and service offerings.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
- Perform thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Present the features and benefits of financial products, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position products effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including business unit directors and marketing, to refine offerings based on client feedback.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Develop and execute plans to establish partnerships with agents and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales progress and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Attend industry conferences to network and stay informed of market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales roles, ideally in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of AML requirements for client onboarding.
- Demonstrated success in achieving targets and KPIs.
- Proactive and professional approach with the ability to work independently.
- Working proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Established network within relevant industries is highly desirable.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with exceptional business acumen.
