Our hiring partner, a fast-growing international technology company, is seeking a skilled B2B E-commerce Product Owner to drive improvements across their global B2B online store. This role focuses on analyzing industry best practices, enhancing platform performance, and ensuring an exceptional partner and client experience.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and experienced in B2B e-commerce or marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities- Research and evaluate best practices in B2B marketplaces and apply relevant improvements to the company’s B2B store.
- Collaborate closely with development, marketing, sales, and support teams to prioritize and implement platform enhancements.
- Oversee backlog prioritization, timelines, and delivery of platform improvements.
- Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of product content, pricing, catalogs, and structure within the platform.
- Monitor the impact of introduced changes and prepare reports for management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and overall marketplace efficiency.
RequirementsMust-Have:- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital product ownership.
- Hands-on experience implementing best practices and managing product or project roadmaps.
- Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with key e-commerce and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional-level English.
Preferred:- Experience with B2B platforms and ERP/CRM integrations.
- Proficiency in modern analytics/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
