What You’ll Do
- Analyze market trends and competitors within target regions
- Identify and onboard influencers and bloggers (directly or via agencies)
- Negotiate and manage collaborations with content creators and media partners
- Lead the development and execution of performance-focused advertising campaigns
- Oversee content publication processes, ensuring quality, deadlines, and compliance
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and optimize strategies
- Manage partner documentation and payments
- Coordinate regional affiliate managers and support growth strategies
- Improve internal processes and campaign ROI across geographies
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or creative production
- Proven project management capabilities and team coordination experience
- Strong negotiation and agency management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or higher)
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach
