About the RoleIn this role, you’ll lead compliance efforts for the company’s global affiliate program. Your main mission? To ensure all affiliate marketing activity adheres to regulatory requirements, internal standards, and industry best practices. You'll collaborate with legal, risk, and finance teams to safeguard the integrity of operations while educating internal and external partners on compliance expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement affiliate compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor affiliate partners to detect and prevent fraud, misconduct, or regulatory breaches
- Conduct risk assessments and regular audits of affiliate activity
- Investigate compliance violations and enforce corrective actions
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, and Finance teams
- Provide ongoing compliance training to internal teams and affiliates
- Track industry trends, legal updates, and regulatory changes relevant to affiliate marketing
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions, and audit results
- Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years in affiliate compliance, risk management, or similar roles within regulated industries (e.g. fintech, iGaming, crypto, or e-commerce)
- In-depth understanding of compliance processes, affiliate marketing regulations, and fraud prevention tactics
- Experience with compliance monitoring tools and affiliate tracking systems
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and process-driven mindset
