Account Manager
UAE | Full-time | Remote

We are looking for an Account Manager for our hiring partner – an international leader company in production and trading of corporate promo and souvenir products.
Location: Dubai, UAE

  • 2+ years of experience in international sales (experience in the MENA region is an advantage);
  • English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge on how to increase client transactions and offer necessary additional options;
  • Experience in onboarding, managing, activating, and reactivating clients;
  • Ability to identify real client needs and communicate product advantages from different perspectives;
  • Strong product presentation skills;
  • Experience working with CRM systems;
  • Microsoft Office & Google Drive; willingness to learn new tools;
  • Ability to learn and a desire to develop;
  • Desire to sell a cool and eco-friendly product.
  • Additional experience in advertising, events, promotional products, printing, or full-cycle marketing agencies is a plus.
  • We are looking for someone who can be trusted with serious business development tasks, someone who cares about what they do, how they do it, and the outcomes of their actions.

  • Handle incoming requests: messengers, email, calls, and on-site meetings;
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships;
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with partners;
  • Participate in offline events (exhibitions, business meetings, presentations);
  • Prepare unique proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing your creative side;
  • Oversee deals at all stages, ensuring readiness of calculations, shipments, and documentation collection;
  • Manage deals in the CRM system;
  • Perform additional sales;
  • Collect feedback after orders;
  • Work with procurement managers to source products and create proposals;
  • Collaborate with designers to create presentations and selections for clients.
