The company provides advanced digital tools that transform how used car dealerships manage their business — from lead generation to inventory control and performance analytics.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of dealer accounts, focusing on relationship growth, product adoption, and revenue expansion. Your ability to speak the language of used car dealers and understand their challenges is essential to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:Client Success & Retention
- Build long-term, empathetic relationships with used car dealers across the UAE.
- Ensure timely client payments, manage subscription renewals, and minimize churn.
- Proactively identify client challenges and propose relevant product solutions.
Upselling & Product Expansion
- Analyze client usage and present upsell opportunities aligned with their business needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and in-depth training to increase user engagement.
Technical Product Expertise
- Serve as the go-to expert for the platform's functionality and usage.
- Resolve client queries quickly and efficiently; escalate as needed.
Field-Based Client Engagement
- Regularly visit client locations or conduct virtual check-ins to maintain strong rapport.
- Provide tailored support to improve product ROI for each dealer partner.
Requirements:- Must-have: Proven experience working with car dealers or in the second-hand auto market.
- 3+ years in B2B Account Management or Client Success roles (automotive tech is a plus).
- Strong understanding of IT systems, CRM tools, and SaaS platforms.
- Languages: English and Arabic - fluent
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Highly autonomous and proactive with strong business acumen.
