Junior Trader/ Customer Support Specialist for our hiring partner in Turkey – an international chemical trading company.
Key responsibilities and objectives- Supports execution of contract documentation for export clients (distributors, direct sales)
- Supports shipments for export clients
- Ensures the timeliness and completeness of the client's payments, works to prevent overdue accounts receivable
- Works with clients' appeals and claims, provides them with free samples
- Handles reporting, generates reports
Requirements- Degree in international trade, marketing, economics
- Experience in client service management / International trade (min 2-3 years), experience in Petrochemical business is preferred
- CRM knowledge or equivalent
- Excel knowledge
- Strong communication/negotiations skills and analytical capabilities, strong time-management and self-organization, team oriented
- Languages: English (fluent)
- Analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivator with the ability to operate in a multitasking environment and work under pressure
- Team worker, adaptable to a rapidly changing environment
