As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, driving client satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Attract new clients to the company while nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
  • Client Presentations: Conduct company and product presentations, highlighting available investment opportunities tailored to clients’ goals.
  • Customized Client Strategies: Develop and implement personalized investment strategies for key clients based on their unique requirements and objectives.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on market trends, investment opportunities, and changes in strategy.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with client documentation, transaction processes, and the seamless exchange of information between clients and the company.
  • Market Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences and business communities, presenting investment products and building the brand’s reputation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (marketing, analytics) to enhance the client experience and identify new opportunities.
  • Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze client feedback to refine strategies and improve service delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on client interactions, market insights, and strategic outcomes to help define the company’s ideal client profile.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven sales or client relationship management experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, PR, Finance, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptability: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
