Job Responsibilities- Process and manage all outgoing payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements;
- Verify payment requests for accuracy and compliance with company policies;
- Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs;
- Regularly reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy;
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records;
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for transactions and inquiries;
- Participation in monthly closing;
- Provide sufficient analytical support for financial and controlling processes;
- Ad-hoc reports;
- Communication with internal and external auditors;
- Search for new ideas and tools, as well as optimization of the processes.
Key Competencies & Qualifications:- At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting and Treasury/Payments processing, payment service providers, and/or fintech companies;
- Understanding the general parameters of the primary payment parameters: SEPA/ SWIFT transfers, etc.;
- Experience in the Big 4 (financial sector) will be an advantage;
- Exposure to payment regulatory frameworks;
- Good project management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills: Relationship management and a good team player;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on execution;
- Analytical skills;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must;
- Fluency in Russian and English is required; other languages are considered an advantage.
