Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership- Support full-cycle delivery of high-impact projects, from ideation through execution.
- Identify business challenges through data analysis and design tailored solutions aligned with company objectives.
- Create and implement operational plans with a strong focus on timely execution and measurable results.
- Engage stakeholders across multiple departments, maintaining strong communication and project visibility.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and alignment at every level of the organization.
Process Optimization & KPI Management- Analyze current workflows, detect inefficiencies, and suggest lean, technically feasible process improvements.
- Contribute to automation and cost-optimization initiatives (including data-driven and ML-based solutions).
- Assist in the development of operational KPIs and contribute to tracking and reporting efforts.
Strategic Support- Collaborate with leadership to formulate divisional strategy based on internal goals and external trends.
- Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and propose actionable solutions.
- Provide market research and analytical insights to inform decision-making.
Cross-functional Communication- Develop and deliver communications across departments regarding project or process changes.
- Create engaging presentations tailored to various stakeholder groups, translating complex updates into compelling narratives.
- Work closely with internal communications teams to share key business updates and successes.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Strategy, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in corporate project management, business operations, or strategic execution roles.
- Previous experience in the fintech, financial services, or consulting sectors (Big 4 experience is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and quality.
