Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

A fast-growing product company is shaping the future of interactive media and immersive video experiences. The company builds immersive video technology at the intersection of VR, interactive media, and creator-driven content. Their platform includes both mainstream and 18+ formats, ranging from standard VR experiences to experimental short-form video adapted for immersive environments. This is not a typical corporate media product — it’s an innovation-driven ecosystem with a strong focus on community, creators and next-generation content consumption. The team operates globally, builds cutting-edge tools for content creators and audiences, and is now expanding its Talent Acquisition function.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who combines exceptional sourcing skills, a startup mindset, and the desire to make a direct impact on both hiring processes and employer brand development. This is not a classical corporate TA role — you will work independently, experiment, influence strategy, and build foundations where they don’t yet exist.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in unpredictability, enjoys working directly with founders, and can take full ownership of recruitment across technical and business domains.

Key responsibilities and objectives: 
  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles — from strategic workforce planning to onboarding.
  • Act as a true partner to hiring managers and leadership, providing market insights, advising on process improvements, and challenging hiring decisions when necessary.
  • Own sourcing strategy: build pipelines from scratch using non-obvious channels (Discord, Telegram, communities, niche platforms), talent mapping, and outbound engagement.
  • Plan and execute employer branding initiatives: event participation, community engagement, social content, LinkedIn presence, career site improvements, internal storytelling.
  • Represent the company at online and offline events (industry conferences, niche meetups, university relations, tech communities).
  • Design screening frameworks, creative test assignments, and diagnostic interview flows tailored to each role.
  • Help scale the internal recruitment function: documentation, metrics, dashboards, process improvements, experimentation.
  • Operate autonomously in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift, interviews get rescheduled, and hiring decisions may change overnight.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff — including situations requiring flexibility, diplomacy, and proactive communication.
  • Manage up to ~20 simultaneous openings (mostly senior/expert level), while prioritizing roles based on business needs.
  • Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, microsites, ambassador programs, and community-driven talent attraction.

Requirements: 
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle technical recruitment (in-house, RPO, or freelance/consulting).
  • Proven expertise hiring for both tech roles (engineering, infrastructure, product) and business roles (marketing, operations, content, finance).
  • Strong sourcing foundations: Boolean, X-Ray, alternative channels, custom pipelines, community-oriented recruitment.
  • Experience working directly with founders, C-level executives, and/or rapidly moving product teams.
  • Comfortable in high-ambiguity, high-autonomy environments with minimal structure.
  • Experience (or high interest) in employer branding, event planning, or community building — even if not at scale yet.
  • Fluent English (B2+) and strong communication skills; Russian is an advantage.
  • Hands-on mindset: willing to do research, write content, create screening questions, and test new tools rather than delegate or wait for approvals.
  • Start-up DNA: initiative, reliability, tolerance for chaos, and ability to handle changing priorities without losing momentum.
  • Legal ability to operate through a registered business entity (B2B). Open to candidates already based outside Russia/Belarus.
  • Bonus points for experienced in: VR, gaming, adult content, streaming, Web3, or other sensitive / high-growth industries.
