We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to work with the Suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the procurement process from request to purchase order execution.
- Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
- Coordinating logistics to optimize delivery schedules and transportation costs.
- Maintaining vendor relationships and negotiating contracts and payment terms.
- Using the IT4 system for purchase order processing, supplier management, and inventory tracking.
- Monitoring stock levels, demand forecasts, and lead times to ensure an uninterrupted supply.
- Preparing and maintaining all procurement documentation and reports.
- Supporting cost optimization and process improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Maintaining and verifying related documentation (contracts, invoices, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics)
- Knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, goods movement, relevant documentation.
- Proficiency in English, Greek
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing for industrial, electronics manufacturing companies.
- The ability to build effective communications, establish partnerships, focus on results, the ability to rationally defend a position, the ability to inspire, perseverance, organization
- Excellent customer-orientation and networking skill
- Focus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, good analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence and responsibility in decision making.
Working Conditions:
