As part of this growth, they are looking for a dynamic Head of Workplace Services & Corporate Travel to lead all administrative, business travel, and health & safety functions for their Cyprus headquarters.
Role SummaryThis is a senior leadership position combining three core pillars: Administrative Services, Corporate Travel Management, and Occupational Health & Safety. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized operational leader with deep expertise in office and service management, regulatory travel compliance, and modern health & safety frameworks. You will manage cross-functional teams and serve as a key partner to HR, Legal, Finance, and Executive teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Leadership- Lead and manage Secretariat and Reception teams, ensuring top-tier internal and external service delivery
- Oversee document flow, guest handling, internal event support, and onboarding processes
- Implement KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs), monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Collaborate with departments including HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to streamline cross-functional administrative workflows
- Drive process optimization, digitalization, and internal communication excellence
Corporate Travel & Mobility Management- Own and manage all aspects of business travel, transportation, and fleet operations
- Ensure compliance with EU and local health, safety, and regulatory travel requirements
- Manage vendor relations, travel safety standards, and cost efficiency initiatives
- Oversee risk prevention and emergency procedures for travelling employees
Health & Safety Governance- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Health & Safety framework
- Ensure compliance with EU and international H&S standards, including ISO 45001 and GRI 403
- Develop incident response, workplace safety programs, and risk mitigation measures
- Integrate H&S practices into wider ESG and enterprise risk frameworks
Candidate ProfileExperience & Background- 5+ years of relevant experience across admin services, corporate travel, or health & safety, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing service teams, travel operations, or office environments in multinational companies
Skills & Knowledge- Deep understanding of EU travel regulations and H&S frameworks
- Proficiency with travel systems, GDPR compliance, and office communication tools
- Fluent English; Russian or any EU language is a plus
- Confident in KPI setting, reporting, and vendor management
Soft Skills- Highly organized and detail-driven with a client-first mindset
- Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional communication skills
