We are looking for a head of sales content to take ownership of content as a systematic sales engine.
The ideal candidate will combine strong direct sales expertise with leadership experience to turn
content into a predictable driver of conversion, deposits, and ROI.
Responsibilities:- Own the sales effectiveness of content, measured by conversion, deposits, and ROI
- Build, implement, and continuously improve a sales-driven scripting methodology for
- different audiences and markets
- Translate direct sales logic — objection handling, value framing, decision triggers — into
- repeatable content scenarios
- Analyze content performance, identify patterns of success and failure, and establish clear
- standards
- Collaborate with managers to raise the quality of sales thinking and methodology
- Develop processes that turn best sales practices into scalable content production
Requirements:- Strong hands-on experience in direct sales, ideally as Head of Sales or Sales Team Lead
- Proven ability to train and coach sales teams using structured methodologies
- Experience with complex, trust-based products such as finance, investing, fintech, SaaS, or
- professional services
- Deep understanding of direct sales mechanics, buyer psychology, and sales scripts
- Analytical mindset with focus on performance and measurable outcomes
- Languages: Russian — C1+, English — C1+
