Our client, a respected and growing law firm with multiple offices across Washington State, is looking for a skilled and driven Family Law Attorney to join their Kent office. The firm has built a strong reputation since the 1990s for providing compassionate, results-driven representation in family law matters.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced attorney to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking firm that values autonomy, collaboration, and client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, child/spousal support, and parenting plans
  • Draft legal pleadings, motions, declarations, and settlement agreements
  • Handle negotiations and represent clients in court hearings and trials
  • Manage your caseload independently with minimal oversight
  • Maintain timely, professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and meet internal deadlines

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience practicing family law (required)
  • Active license to practice law in Washington State and in good standing (WSBA)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of family law cases
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Commitment to ethical and empathetic client service
