Visual Designer

Description
We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join an in-house creative team and create high-quality visual content across digital and offline channels. This is a hands-on role focused on visual communication, marketing design, creativity, and strong execution. You will work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop visual concepts, create marketing assets, and maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Create visual content for web, social media, digital advertising, presentations, print, and other marketing channels
- Design landing pages, banners, social media creatives, presentations, and branded materials
- Contribute to creative concepts and visual storytelling
- Collaborate with marketing, product, UX/UI, and development teams
- Maintain and develop brand guidelines
- Present and explain design concepts and creative decisions
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Graphic or Visual Designer
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Figma
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web, branding, marketing, social media, presentation, and print design
- Strong understanding of visual composition, design principles, and digital advertising formats
- Experience in FinTech, Forex, Finance, Banking, or relevant agency work is a plus
- Experience with AI image-generation tools is a plus
- Primary experience should be in Visual/Graphic Design and marketing communication rather than Product or UI/UX Design
- Spoken English
