Description
We are looking for a senior Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence professional to join a fast-growing AI startup transforming the way financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings work are performed in M&A transactions.
This role is ideal for someone with deep TAS / QoE experience who wants to move beyond traditional advisory work and help shape the future of AI-powered financial diligence.

- Own transaction advisory methodology end-to-end
- Lead live sell-side and buy-side QoE engagements
- Work directly with partner CPA firms and strategic clients
- Define standards for working capital analysis, EBITDA normalization, debt-like items, customer/revenue diligence, proof-of-cash, and pro-forma adjustments
- Turn real deal experience into scalable AI-driven products
- Collaborate closely with engineers to improve AI outputs and workflows
- Build scalable playbooks, review frameworks, and industry knowledge libraries
- Act as a senior advisory voice on complex deal-related decisions
- 5–10+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Financial Due Diligence, or Quality of Earnings
- Background from Big 4 or top-tier advisory firms preferred
- Manager / Senior Manager / Director-level experience
- Strong hands-on experience leading full-cycle QoE engagements
- Understanding of working capital, EBITDA adjustments, customer and revenue analysis, debt-like items, and report drafting
- Interest in AI tools and willingness to work closely with engineering/product teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1+)
- CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Not a pure delivery role
- Not a pure product role
- Not just reviewing AI outputs — you will shape the methodology and product itself
