Technical Consultant (POS Systems)

Germany | Full-time | Remote
We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant for our client – international company, global market leader in POS and omnichannel domain for the hospitality and retail industries.

Key responsibilities and objectives
• Participate in pre-project and implementation activities in POS and omnichannel projects for fashion and specialty retailers in Germany and Europe;
• Support sales team during sales cycle leveraging technical and functional knowledge of the solutions;
• Discovery of customer needs and requirements;
• Solution design and configuration in accordance to customer’s requirements;
• Work with business and development teams to enable proper implementation of the requirements;
• Provision of training for business users and technical specialists.

• Understanding Retail business processes;
• Technical background;
• Experience in functional requirements design and documentation;
• Ability to describe process using diagram and text;
• Experience with POS software would be an advantage;
• Understanding of stores and omnichannel business processes;
• Native German language, proficiency in English both written and spoken;
• Ability to communicate with the customer.
