Senior TPD Engineer

Description
We are looking for a Senior TPD Engineer to join the team and take responsibility for the administration, onboarding, testing, reporting, reconciliation, incident handling, and troubleshooting of institutional liquidity hubs. The role involves working with complex multi-counterparty infrastructure across several hub platforms, supporting client connectivity, maintaining configurations, and improving existing operational processes.
- Full administration of liquidity hubs, including sessions, symbols, routing, pricing, and risk configuration
- Onboard counterparties through FIX connectors
- Onboard give-up and drop-copy connectors
- Configure custom streams per counterparty, including symbol sets, markups, tiering, throttling, and session-specific routing
- Improve existing setups through standardized onboarding templates, configuration baselines, and documented procedures
- Perform end-to-end testing of new client connections before go-live, including session connectivity, pricing, execution, drop-copy, and reporting
- Perform conformance testing of external APIs
- Document and sign off test results
- Generate volume reports from hub interfaces and databases
- Create custom reports
- Perform reconciliation between coverage accounts and margin accounts in hubs
- Handle database-based reconciliation tasks
- Manage incidents from A to Z
- Follow emergency procedures, including escalation, troubleshooting, and rapid issue resolution
- Handle issues independently during shifts and escalate according to established procedures
- Troubleshoot FIX protocol issues, including session-layer problems, sequence gaps, rejects, and message-level analysis
- Senior-level experience administering institutional liquidity hubs such as oneZero, PXM, Centroid, or FXCubic
- Experience managing complex multi-counterparty infrastructure with multiple LPs and clients, custom streams, and several hubs in parallel
- Strong knowledge of the FIX protocol and experience with FIX troubleshooting
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, traceroute, and telnet
- Working knowledge of REST API and RabbitMQ
- Experience with conformance and onboarding testing of external counterparties
- Experience with reconciliation and compensation case handling
- Ability to build reports using hub UIs and raw data
- Track record of improving existing setups through templates, standardization, and automation of repetitive tasks
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and out-of-hours on rotation
- English C1
