Our client, a global technology innovator, is seeking a Senior Researcher specializing in LLM-Augmented Software Generation and Transformation. The role focuses on developing advanced solutions in automated software engineering and generative AI, contributing directly to next-generation tools that transform software development processes.
This position is ideal for an experienced AI researcher or applied scientist passionate about LLM technologies, software automation, and cutting-edge AI research with real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in automated software engineering, including LLM-based code representation, automatic program repair, and generative AI for test generation.
- Design next-generation user interfaces and architectures for AI coding agents.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with global R&D teams to develop novel software development technologies.
- Publish research results in top-tier academic venues and contribute to applied innovations for commercial use.
- Mentor junior researchers and interns, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience- Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven research track record, with publications in leading AI or software engineering conferences/journals.
- Strong programming and system design skills, including Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Docker, Linux, and GitHub/GitLab.
- Hands-on experience with LLM/RAG technologies, deep learning, and AI model development.
- Knowledge of knowledge graphs or graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Preferred Skills- Understanding of LLM agents, explainable AI, and graph ML.
- Familiarity with GPU-based training, cloud environments, and scalable ML infrastructures.
