Senior Researcher (Data & Security)

We are looking for a Senior Researcher in the Data &Security Research Group working on technology for Advanced AI security and/or data governance (International Data Space, EU Data Space) that mandatory for data driven world as part of a Global research team.

Locations: London, UK (relocation and visa support).

Requirements
  • This role will report into Data & Security Research Group Manager and be part of research for Data & Security in our Global Laboratory structure.
  • Academic Degree, ideally a PhD or as a minimum a Masters in a relevant field)
  • Strong communication skills that enable you to develop relationships with new companies, and maintain those relationships
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Python, Java and its libraries
  • Deep knowledge in any one field of AI, Machine learning, Security
  • Skilled at facilitating & project managing to motivate and lead potential customers to jointly create Proof of concepts and technological proposals
  • Experience to lead or contribute standardization/ rule making activities on consortium related with data spaces (e.g. Gaia X, Catena X, WBCSD)
  • Knowledge of technologies: data exchange & interoperability, data security, technologies related with digital product passport
  • Good track records of publishing research papers, filing patents

Responsibilities:
  • Research and development of in any one field of data security, data governance, DID/VC and artificial intelligence (AI) system security
  • Building a solution framework with novel technologies and finding potential customers who have great business synergies with the solution, propagates the solution among those consortiums
  • Lead standardization activity for business application software/service or business processes (e.g. Digital Product Passport, Circular Economy) related to the solution
  • Motivate and lead those potential customers to conductjoint trial project or make proposals to the data space organization with Fujitsu
  • Developing relationships with companies and drive consortiums related with data spaces (e.g. Gaia X, Catena X, WBCSD), in order to understand their business challenges
