Our partner is launching a new premium restaurant in Limassol, Cyprus.
The role combines: Digital marketing / SMM, Influencer & partnership management, CRM marketing, Business development, Revenue growth
Main KPI: restaurant occupancy and revenue
Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Promotion
• Develop and execute the restaurant's social media strategy
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and maintain a monthly content plan (posts, stories, videos, promotions, events)
• Coordinate photo/video production (independently or with contractors)
• Launch and manage paid social media advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and local partners
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, bookings driven from campaigns)
Restaurant Occupancy & Guest Flow
• Drive table reservations and ensure restaurant occupancy is planned at least 2-3 weeks ahead
• Promote special offers, themed nights, tastings, and seasonal events
• Build and maintain a monthly events calendar
• Work with guest databases, newsletters, and loyalty initiatives
• Monitor booking trends and proactively introduce campaigns to fill low-demand dates
Corporate Sales & Partnerships (B2B)
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to companies to establish partnerships
• Promote the restaurant as a venue for:
• Corporate dinners
• Business breakfasts and lunches
• Presentations and networking events
• Team-building events
• Holiday and celebration parties
• Arrange meetings and present the restaurant's event and dining concepts
• Prepare commercial proposals and tailored offers
• Build and maintain a corporate client database
Event Sales & Coordination
• Sell and coordinate corporate and private events hosted at the restaurant
• Liaise with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Agree on menus, formats, budgets, and timelines with clients
• Oversee event delivery and ensure high guest satisfaction
• Collect feedback and develop repeat business
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, SMM, sales, or business development
• Experience in client acquisition and direct outreach (cold calling included)
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Understanding of social media marketing and digital promotion tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Languages (required): English, Greek – fluent
Nice to have:
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or event industry
• Experience selling event or banquet services
• Existing network of corporate contacts
