We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Researcher / Cold Outreach Sales Representative to identify potential prospects, initiate outreach, and help generate new business opportunities. This role combines market research, lead generation, and proactive sales outreach. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with new contacts, persistent but professional, and able to turn conversations into qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:Research & Lead Generation:- Identify and research target companies and individual decision-makers;
- Build and maintain accurate prospect lists in CRM;
- Verify contact information and company details;
- Track industry trends and potential business opportunities.
Cold Outreach & Sales:- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients;
- Introduce company services clearly and confidently;
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria;
- Schedule meetings or calls for senior team member;
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
Reporting & Tracking:- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts;
- Track response rates, call metrics, and meeting conversions;
- Provide weekly pipeline updates.
Qualifications:- At least 2–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or lead generation;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Comfortable making high-volume outreach;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented;
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic;
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
