Relationship Manager to join an investment team in Limassol. The role offers a unique opportunity to
work in a dynamic, international environment, supporting and building strong relationships with clients
across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote investment products and services;
- Provide personalized support to clients on trading, account management, and platform usage;
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets through relationship-building and consultative sales;
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to implement sales strategies and initiatives;
- Maintain accurate client records and activity reports in the CRM;
- Stay up-to-date on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and new investment offerings;
- Participate in conferences, business clubs, and networking events to strengthen client relationships.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in investment firms or brokerage companies, in a Sales/Relationship Manager role;
- Strong understanding of stock markets, trading instruments, and investment principles;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken);
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, target-driven environment with clear KPIs;
- Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
- Well-established network in Europe is a plus;
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CySEC, CFA) are a plus.
