Regional Director

Sales
London, UK | Full-time | On-site
Our client, a leading player in the institutional brokerage and market-technology space, is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead its multi-country, multi-product sales operations across its most competitive regions: UK, Europe, and the US. This role will oversee a high-performing team of hunters, relationship managers, presales/TAMs, and strategic partners, driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding regulated broker relationships, and delivering a data-driven go-to-market (GTM) strategy with board-grade forecasting accuracy.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader with deep expertise in institutional brokerage, liquidity, platforms, and payments, who thrives in building scalable structures, negotiating complex deals, and driving growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Planning & Forecasting: Develop and execute a detailed revenue plan for UK/EU/US; deliver forecasts with ±10% accuracy; conduct weekly executive performance reviews.
  • Market Strategy & GTM Execution: Define and implement enterprise vs. mid-market motions, and build strategic channel alliances with primes, ISVs, PSPs, and other market infrastructure players.
  • Organizational Leadership: Design a high-performing regional org structure including hunters, RMs, and Strategic Accounts pods; optimize presales/TAM utilization; drive enablement in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Enterprise Deal Leadership: Lead high-value, multi-stakeholder negotiations, structure revenue-sharing agreements, protect margins, and cultivate executive-level client relationships.
  • Retention & Growth: Deliver against NRR/GRR targets through health scoring, proactive save motions, QBR/MBR discipline, and structured expansion initiatives.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate closely with Support and CS teams to reduce friction in KYC/contracting and accelerate time-to-resolution.
  • Data & Governance: Ensure CRM hygiene, implement MAPs, track accurate product/volume attribution, and maintain clean dashboards from lead-to-cash.
  • Executive Presence: Represent the region in planning, pricing, and strategic decision-making forums.

Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in institutional brokerage or market technology, managing pan-regional teams (UK/EU/US).
  • Proven track record in closing strategic, multi-product deals (liquidity, platforms, payments).
  • Deep understanding of OMS/EMS touchpoints, broker platforms, and FIX connectivity.
  • Experience building repeatable GTM motions, implementing MEDDICC/SPICED methodologies, and running executive-level forecast rooms.
  • Salesforce power user with strong board-level communication skills.
  • Exceptional executive presence with a hands-on, data-driven approach to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in an additional European language (Spanish, German, or French).
  • Background in Strategic Accounts structures and partner ecosystems.

Why Join:
  • Opportunity to lead revenue growth in the company’s most strategic region.
  • High visibility role with board-level influence.
  • Work with a top-tier team in a rapidly scaling global organization.
  • Competitive compensation package and performance-based incentives.
