Our hiring partner, is a leading multinational distributor of ICT products, focusing on markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
We are looking for a talented Recruiter with experience in hiring commercial roles in distribution or/ and retail across international markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract top commercial talent for distribution and retail roles
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top-tier candidates
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify the best talent across different countries
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruiting commercial positions (sales, business development, category management, etc.)
  • Strong background in distribution and/or retail hiring
  • Strong international recruitment experience, particularly in African and European regions.
  • Excellent networking and sourcing skills(LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search)
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines
