We are looking for a talented Recruiter with experience in hiring commercial roles in distribution or/ and retail across international markets.
Responsibilities:- Source and attract top commercial talent for distribution and retail roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top-tier candidates
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify the best talent across different countries
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Requirements:- Proven experience in recruiting commercial positions (sales, business development, category management, etc.)
- Strong background in distribution and/or retail hiring
- Strong international recruitment experience, particularly in African and European regions.
- Excellent networking and sourcing skills(LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search)
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines
