They are now opening a new Product Data Analyst position — a high-impact role with focus on analyzing user behavior at scale, running experiments, and driving product strategy through actionable insights.
Key responsibilities and objectives: - Drive the development of the analytics function within a 600+ employee division, strengthening data-driven decision-making across product and business units.
- Analyze large-scale client and user interaction data to understand behavior patterns, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Define and improve product and operational metrics (LTV, retention, engagement, efficiency).
- Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate product hypotheses.
- Build predictive and machine learning models (e.g., retention, churn, monetization forecasting).
- Backtest and validate proposed solutions to measure real business impact.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve the data infrastructure and pipelines.
- Visualize findings and prepare reports/dashboards for stakeholders (Metabase, Grafana).
- Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for product and business teams.
- Support product managers and senior leadership with strategic insights and scenario modeling.
- Work independently in a fast-changing environment, delivering quick and reliable solutions.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or product analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL (must-have).
- Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis and machine learning (pandas, visualization, ML libraries).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
- Hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA) and experiment design (A/B testing).
- Experience with big data frameworks (e.g., Spark) and visualization tools (Metabase, Grafana) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile environments and collaboration with development teams is an advantage.
