Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and metrics-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on new business acquisition within the enterprise healthcare segment. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this leader will shape outbound pipeline strategy, drive consistent execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to align go-to-market initiatives.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment and has experience selling complex solutions into healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for full-cycle new business sales
- Set pipeline generation strategies and drive outbound motion aligned with growth goals
- Build repeatable sales processes across lead generation, qualification, and deal closure
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure GTM alignment
- Coach and develop sales reps through regular 1:1s, feedback, and performance plans
- Participate in enterprise-level client engagements and executive pipeline reviews
- Track key sales metrics and provide accurate forecasting to senior leadership
- Foster a results-oriented, collaborative, and feedback-driven team culture
Required Experience & Qualifications- 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years in a sales leadership role
- Proven success leading and scaling enterprise sales teams in B2B tech or HealthTech
- Deep familiarity with long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
- Demonstrated success selling SaaS into healthcare systems is strongly preferred
- Strong coaching skills and ability to enable team autonomy
- Proficient in CRM and enablement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership skills
