IT Support Lead
Dubai | Hybrid | Full-time
Description
We are looking for an IT Support Lead to join the team and provide hands-on IT support for employees while coordinating a small support team. In this role, you will be responsible for user devices and accounts, software installation, office telecom equipment, and vendor support, while ensuring that IT services are delivered in line with corporate technical and information security policies.
- Purchase and set up user devices, including laptops, mobile phones, monitors, keyboards, and mice
- Set up and manage user accounts, including Microsoft Office and other corporate software
- Install and configure software on Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS devices in accordance with corporate technical and information security policies
- Support the setup and troubleshooting of office telecom equipment
- Handle vendors' technical support lines
- Coordinate the work of 3–4 IT support team members
- At least a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Help Desk Specialist or in a similar role
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and corporate antivirus systems
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2016–2019
- Practical experience with telecom equipment
- Experience administering Microsoft Office
- Fluent English and Russian
