Our hiring partner is an international IT company specializing in value-added distribution and development of IT, IoT, and Robotic products, solutions, and services.
This position offers opportunity for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team specializing in gaming equipment integration. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing functional specifications, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our gaming equipment integration projects and more.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communication with Stakeholders for requirements gathering.
2. Business analysis, functional design, data structures design, prototyping system.
3. Business logic description, use cases, user stories, description of use cases for gaming equipment
4. Support customers during acceptance testing and rollout of new functionality.
5. Create documentation, e.g. business requirements specification, technical requirements specification
Requirements
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
2. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
3. Experience with tools for modeling and analyzing business processes (e.g., BPMN, UML)..
4. Experience writing technical and user documentation.
5. Experience working with devices and understanding their integration into business processes.
6. Proficiency in English at Intermediate level or higher. Communication within the team is in Russian or Ukrainian.
Nice to have:
1. Strong proficiency in written and spoken Chinese would be an advantage.
