Our hiring partner, is a leading multinational distributor of ICT products, focusing on markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our global recruitment function in a fast-growing, mission-critical business environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, operating model, tools, and results of global Talent Acquisition across all functions and regions. The primary focus will be on hiring top talent in IT & software development, engineering, product sales, marketing, as well as key corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute a global Talent Acquisition strategy that balances consistency with local market adaptation
  • Scale and continuously evolve the global recruiting engine to support business growth
  • Attract and hire high-caliber talent across IT development, engineering, product sales, marketing, and corporate functions
  • Lead and develop recruitment teams across multiple regions, driving performance and expertise
  • Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and analytics to improve efficiency and quality of hire
  • Partner closely with senior business leaders to shape the company's long-term workforce strategy

Who We're Looking For:
  • A seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with global scope and impact
  • Proven successful experience in building and scaling recruitment functions in international organizations
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 5 years in global leadership roles
  • Proven success in hiring for commercial roles, technical, and corporate functions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead dispersed teams
  • Experience in defining, implementing, and governing recruitment standards and processes
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for metrics, performance insights, and AI readiness
  • Track record of influencing senior leaders and managing executive searches
