Finance Manager

Description
Our partner – is an international polymer trading company, the export company, a leading petrochemical company in emerging markets, accounting for more than 40% of export sales. They specialize in the export sales of petrochemical products to 80 countries, primarily in Europe and Asia. The company has representative offices in Austria, China, and Turkey, and warehouses in ports along the Black Sea, Baltic Sea, and East China Sea for receiving, storing, and transporting goods.
• Key in-charge for Finance-related matters in the newly established Asian boutique trading house with annual sales turnover 120+ mln USD/p.a.
• Bank Communication & Treasury Management: lead the process of opening, maintaining, and managing bank accounts for 3+ entities. Execute daily payments - prepare, verify, and submit all documentation required for transaction execution.
• Full responsibility for regular operational activities in the areas of liquidity management, budgeting, financial instruments, reporting, tax compliance.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, client support, logistics, supply chain) in multiple geographies) from supplier’s and from client’s side
• Analytical support to commercial teams and management
• Communication with local audit teams and regulators

• Languages: Chinese (fluent), English (fluent)
• Good understanding of B2B global sales operations (Incoterms, Trade finance instruments, etc.)
• Advanced communication and analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset
• ACCA / CIMA / CMA degree is an advantage
• Work permit China / Shanghai
