Our partner is an investment platform of the international financial group, providing clients worldwide with access to over 1 million financial instruments. They are actively expanding across Europe and growing our team in Cyprus.
They are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Manager to manage a wide range of internal and external events. This role involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities and you will be involved in all aspects of event organization, from concept to execution.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, energetic, and brings strong project management skills to deliver high-quality events that support business goals, strengthen our brand, and enhance client and partner engagement.
You will be responsible for the full event lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure flawless delivery and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:- Organizing external and internal events for the company, aimed at strengthening corporate culture and brand development. Events may include sports, business, cultural, educational, and entertainment activities;
- Managing a wide range of tasks — from concept development and planning to execution and post-event evaluation — with no strict limitations; involvement in all areas of event organization.
- Launching partnership projects, working with influencers, and securing sponsorships;
- Organizing client events in Europe;
- Number of projects: from 2 to 8 per month, depending on the season.
Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including the organization of large-scale internal and external events (corporate, client, and partner events);
- Proven experience in managing event projects from concept development to post-event evaluation;
- Experience conducting internal corporate events in large companies, preferably in industries such as finance, IT, fintech, or business consulting.
- Marketing expertise: education or professional experience in marketing, understanding key metrics, and ability to analyze event effectiveness.
- Strong experience in budget optimization and vendor negotiations;
- Experience working with VIP guests, keynote speakers, and journalists — from invitations to full support;
- Strong focus on achieving business results;
- Flexible, energetic, and adaptive, able to thrive in a dynamic and international environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines;
- Conversational English at least B2 level.
