The role will focus on executing digital media plans, managing in-app campaigns, and optimizing customer engagement across digital channels. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital media plans, launching campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Research and analyze the Turkish media landscape; identify and test new channels and marketing tools.
- Manage and optimize promotional tools within the company’s mobile application.
- Analyze and improve the customer journey (CJM), focusing on segmentation, personalization, and user engagement mechanics.
- Conduct performance analytics for the acquisition funnel, including CAC, retention dynamics, and LTV.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional digital and CVM teams to deliver effective campaigns.
Requirements- Proficiency in Turkish (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Fluent Russian language skills.
- Current residence in Antalya.
- Strong understanding of the Turkish market and local consumer behavior.
- Proven analytical skills with ability to develop hypotheses and apply systematic thinking.
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional inputs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, CRM, or CVM will be considered an advantage.
